Professional Engineering Publishing Signs Exclusive Agreement with EMpact to Promote Journals to Eastern Europe and Latin America
BIRMINGHAM, Alabama, U.S.A. – October 29, 2007 – Professional Engineering Publishing (PE Publishing) recently signed a two-year exclusive agreement with EMpact, the publisher representation group within the EBSCO Information Services division, to promote its journals in parts of Eastern Europe and Latin America.

A subsidiary of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, PE Publishing publishes 18 journals across a variety of subjects of interest to international engineering community. Sixteen journals are grouped within the Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, each with its own identity and international editorial board. Professional Engineering (PE) is the flagship magazine for engineers, while Automotive Engineer is also a key journal circulated within the U.K. and continental Europe.
